Negative: I wanted a kitchenette but changed rooms and it was fine with the upgrade with a whirlpool bath instead and paid an extra $68 for the change- all I wanted was a kitchenette and a regular bathtub- maybe next time?!

Positive: No breakfast was included. There was a coffee machine in the room. the facility was less then at par for what we expected of a Radisson. Older hotel but did have a jacuzzi in our room. The receptionist could barely speak French nor English and we had a difficult time understanding each other. She was very friendly and was attempting to be very hospitable nonetheless and allowed us to bring our bikes in the room with us.

Negative: On the highway and could hear the trucks go by at night. The bed was comfortable but too warm in the room. Took most of the night for the air conditioner to cool things down. Did not want to open the window as we were on ground level and some guests were outside sitting and talking.

Summary: Older hotel but clean and good value for money.
